is the heart and driving force behind PowerVet. With her deep commitment to animal health and her tireless dedication, she laid the foundation for our family business in 2011 together with her son, Florian Schaible. Having grown up on a farm, her love for animals was instilled in her from birth—and remains the essence of her work to this day.
Karola Schaible is versatile, brimming with creative ideas, and never lets anyone—human or animal—down. Her warm, caring nature and big heart shape PowerVet’s corporate culture: Through her personal commitment, she ensures that tailored solutions are found—whether for veterinarians, farmers, or pet owners.

Under her leadership, PowerVet has evolved from a small business specializing in dietary supplements into a comprehensive provider of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and special imports. Karola Schaible views challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities to continuously improve animal health in Austria and beyond.
In her free time, she enjoys playing golf—along with Nella, her loyal dog.

“Karola Schaible combines professional expertise, a spirit of innovation, and compassion—for a better future for both people and animals.”
